The antihypertensive drugs are used to relieve symptoms of hypertension. These are classified into five categories such as adrenergic neuron blockers, the alpha 2 receptors agonists, and the alpha1 receptor blockers, and the beta receptor blockers and beta and alpha 1 receptor blockers.
