Introduction:
In the present case, a patient arrived into the emergency room complaining about abdominal cramping and persistent diarrhea. However, he fell into coma while waiting. Unfortunately, he never regained consciousness and died. Through family history, it was revealed that he has not travelled out of the country in a while however, they all dined at a restaurant and the patient alone had sea urchin in dinner the night before he died.
