Concept Introduction:
There are two tRNA binding sites at the RNA namely the peptidyl site called the P-site and the A site. P site binds the tRNA that is bound to the polypeptide. The messenger RNA that has to be translated is first bound to the P site, near the 5’end where the start codon AUG is found.
