The conditions of the agreement cleared that she had to pay a share of 85$\%$ of the union dues incurred by them or they must join the union. J hired person T who considered the requirements of the agreement as unfair. She even considered it illegal to fire her for not complying with the terms of the contract. She refused to join or pay the union. Two years later, she was fired on continuous refusal.
