Should the government tax Bill Gates and other wealthy people and use the money to supplement the income of unemployed people, single mothers with low incomes, or other poor people? Should the government tax rich people and loan the money interest free to poor kids so that they can go to college? Or would all of that be unjust? I believe that yes, the United States is a just society. People can be whatever they want and make the amount of money they want or work to make the most money they can. Based off a capitalist economy citizen of this country are able to make choice that allow them to prosper from an economic standpoint and become wealthy based off work ethic, specific jobs one might hold or certain College degrees one obtains. There are those that do not place as much effort into their lives and assume that they deserve the most when they give little to obtain the best for themselves. There are no mandates that require you to hold a job throughout our society to help benefit the economic growth of the United States   please help respond to this discussion post
