As of followership, there are some strengths and weaknesses that comes with it. Some of the strengths is having the opportunity to follow someone who is willing to guide and show you the in and outs of how things are ran and how to achieve whatever goals you may have. The good thing about followership is is being able to be educated by someone who has done what you are trying to do, if not more. Followership could also help leaders become better at being leaders.
