Question
Chapter 2, Problem 3CTQ-73
Summary Introduction
Concept introduction
Any media claims about sex/gender differences being hardwired or innate in the male or female brain can impact one’s attitudes or behavior on the subject. If the media goes well beyond a study’s findings by reporting their interpretation of the data rather than the actual conclusions reached by the researchers, it can certainly perpetuate certain attitudes and behaviors that result from misperceptions about perceived differences between the male and female brain.
