Introduction:

Person H was working in Fortune 500 company for 15 years. Despite some problems, the company continued to grow and the customer order were up which resulted in improvement in quality and productivity. The company decided to layoff 400 employees in which Person H was also one.

Person H started in search of job but it was of no use. Financially troubled, he decided to mow the lawn of his neighbours which would provide her some money while continuing her search for job. Having known that it is too difficult to get a job, she started the business of moving lawns for her neighbours and soon the business grew and he got many customers which eventually led to a successful start for her business. After a year Person H hired two part-time workers to assist her and she also believed that she could expand her business.

To determine: The advantages and disadvantages to Person H in expanding her business  to other neighbourhood.
