Introduction:
Organizational culture is a classification of collective assumptions, beliefs, and values, which administrates how people act in organizations. These collective values have a great inspiration for the people in the organization and help them to act and perform their jobs. Every organization develops and preserves a unique culture, which provides rules and regulations for the behavior of the participants of the organization.
Given the information:
I am a newly hired CEO of a 30-person company that design and makes computer games. I have to change the organizational culture with more professionalism less risk-taking and more strategic planning with more rules and regulations.
