Being in school is a stressful situation by itself. Challenges do occur especially when it comes to time management. It does seem that there are not enough hours in a day. Getting organized with a new schedule does require adjustments. Students can experience physiological stressors (like an infection) and/or psychological stressors. Psychological stress can bring an array of symptoms ranging from mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, headaches and gastrointestinal disorders to name a few.
