Explanation of Solution

Good people believe in ethical values and practice the ethical actions. This is the main reason for the ethical actions like kindness or compassion, justification of the things fairly, being trustworthy, and acting honestly. Good people act with responsibility and do not require any laws to teach them act responsibly. But bad people search the laws to behave ethically in life and at workplace.

Good people always strive to do good because they believe in the consequences of their actions. Good people look forward to the rights of other people, keeping themselves in their position and the consequences those people face for the similar actions. Good people act out of their heart, wisdom, knowledge, and experiences.

But good people act unethically or do bad things, being succumbed to their circumstances or pressure from their superiors. This deviation from the good doesn’t make the good people bad, as it is not uncommon in the businesses. Good people behave unethically by recording improper amounts or act as bad team player to go along with the team, failing which they might fear losing their position or financial insecurity.

This proves that the action of a person depends not on the ethical values of the person alone, but on the values and challenges around the person also. The workplace is the most compromising areas for a person to act unethically or do illegal actions to satisfy the superiors in the inevitable organizational challenges.

Hence, good people should be trained to handle such illegal situations and circumstances that demand unethical behavior.
