Introduction:

Proteins and nucleic acids are organic molecules that are essential for all living organisms. Proteins are made up of polymers of amino acids that form polypeptide chains. All proteins are composed of alpha amino acids. Proteins are complex structure and regulate the activity of cells or organs. Nucleic acids are made up of polymers of nucleotides. DNA and RNA are the two types of nucleic acids. It helps to store and pass the genetic information from one generation to the next generation.
