Introduction:
Thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) is an anterior pituitary hormone that stimulates synthesis and secretion of the thyroid hormone. It increases the synthesis of T3 and T4 (store in a large protein called thyroglobulin), and their release from thyroglobulin.
