Summary Introduction

Introduction:

The body of an individual, doing heavy exercise, is in need of a high amount of oxygen which is required for the body cells and tissues. This provides strength to the muscles and also improves the pumping ability of blood from the heart to lungs and other body parts. The cardiac output increases with an increase in the intensity of exercise.
