Solution:

The touchpad is present on a mac OS laptop, which is known as the trackpad. A user can use multiple fingers and actions to use a trackpad. The reason behind the scrollbar being hidden from the view is that the pages can be easily scrolled up and down by using fingers on the trackpad.
