RDA: Recommended dietary allowance denotes the average daily dietary nutrient intake level that is sufficient to meet the nutrient requirements for almost all healthy individuals in a specific group.
AI: Adequate intake (AI) is the nutrient level that is assumed to be adequate, in case when the RDA value cannot be determined.
Daily value (DV) is the standard labeling that indicates how much of food and specific amount of nutrients that is present in the food. For example, consider a food that contains 11% of the DV for fat. It indicates that the food contains 11% of the total amount of fat that is recommended (RDA)
