Amino acids that cannot be synthesized by the body and therefore, must be taken from the outside of the body in the form of diet. These amino acid named as essential amino acids.
Amino acids that body can synthesize on its own and therefore, they need not take from the outside of the body in a form of diet. These amino acid named as nonessential amino acids.
