Program Plan Intro

Map:

• Maps are associative container. It is also called as “key-value” pairs.
• When map class is used in a program, the header file “#include<map>” should be used.
• It does not require more memory.
• There are types of maps. They are:
  • Multimap – they are associative containers.
  • Unordered-map – they are unordered associative containers.

Syntax:

map<datatype, datatype> map_Name = {key, value};
