Introduction:

Neisseria meningitidis is gram-negative cocci. There is the formation of hemorrhage inside the blood vessels leading to vascular collapse with the formation of lesions. There is the formation of petechiae with round circular spots $\text{1}\text{mm}\text{-}\text{2}\text{mm}$ red or purple in color. There are symptoms of a sore throat, chills, skin, shock, and coma.
