Given: A computer is facing issue in navigating the website when the user enters the URL into the address box of URL which can be accessed when IP address of the web server is entered.

Solution:
DNS server contains the domain name and the IP address for system on the large enterprise network or Internet. DNS servers are responsible for name resolution that occurs when a client system sends fully domain name to a DNS server and requests a character-based IP address.
