Cash Flow Statements: Cash Flow Statement is a financial statement that measures the cash generated or used by a company in a given period. It breaks the cash sources and uses into following three categories:
i) Cash generated from Operating Activities
ii) Cash generated from Investing Activities
iii) Cash generated from Financial Activities
a. To explain: How Cash Flow Statement helps investors and creditors predict
b. To explain: How the statement of cash flows helps investors evaluate the management decisions.
c. To determine: How the cash flow statements helps investors and creditors predict the ability to make payments to lenders and pay dividends to stockholders.
