To review:

The sensory receptors that monitor the stationary head position and the linear movement of the head and the location of these sensory receptors.

Introduction:

There are three major regions of the human ear, namely the inner, outer, and the middle ear. The internal ear comprises of two major categories: bony labyrinth and membranous labyrinth. Membranous labyrinth is located inside the bony labyrinth. The major parts of the membranous labyrinth are cochlear duct, semi-circular ducts, and saccule and utricle.
