The function of the cerebellum in regulating rapid, coordinated, and highly skilled movements.

Introduction:

The cerebellum is considered to be the main feature of the hindbrain present in all the vertebrates and the size of this region is smaller than the cerebrum. It is known to have vital functions in the human beings, such as in motor control. The cerebellum is not responsible for initiating a movement of the body however it is responsible for the coordination, accurate timing, and precision of the movement.
