Person E told person G that since he receives his pay-check on the 10th of each month, he will be unable to pay the rent until that date. Person G agreed and stated that this is not a problem. Person G sued person E after person E refused to make a monthly payment on June 1st, and person E promised to prove the oral agreements about the payment for each month.
