• Some of the system issues faced by United Parcel Service include user interfaces, databases, telecommunication technologies and communication and cultural barriers.
• User interface issue includes the confusion about the language that is to be used that is Chinese or English.
• The Chinese language is character based so it may not be easy to translate user interface instructions between two languages.
