Introduction:
Staphylococcus aureus is a pathogen that cause disease in human and animals. It causes a wide variety of skin-infections and life-threatening systematic conditions. They cause secretion of certain exotoxins related to particular diseases, such as enterotoxins, shock syndrome toxin-1 and exfoliative toxins. Such toxins are responsible for most of the S. aureus infections in humans and animals.
Some strains of Staphylococcus aureus cause the production of exoflavin toxin. The exoflavin toxin is a chemical which causes removal of the entire layer of the skin in a disease called scalded skin syndrome.
