To determine:
If it is a good idea for a candidate to present the online portfolio on Smartphone during a job interview.
Introduction:
Smartphones and applications provide opportunities for employers and job seekers. Other than checking job vacancies and applying for them, candidates can use smartphones to show their talent and skills during an interview by showing online portfolio.

Answer to Problem 1CA
Solution:
By showing an online portfolio on mobile devices, candidates can differentiate themselves during a job interview. However, it should be done smartly as it can sometimes be a disadvantage for candidates.
Explanation of Solution
Job application or CVs show the qualifications of a candidate. However, it is not sufficient for an employer to judge a candidate properly. An online portfolio is a good method that candidates can use to show their talent and skills over other candidates. They can differentiate themselves from others who are applying for the same position.
Developing a good online portfolio is really important to get the attention of the employer. An online portfolio can be included a candidate’s successful projects, challenging works and the works that relate to the position applied.
It is believed that mobile devices such as Smartphones and tablets are more effective in showing online portfolios during a job interview.
Although online portfolios provide opportunities for candidates to differentiate themselves, it is always good to take permission from the interview panel before presenting it. Some employers will not be interested to check them. Also, a candidate should be smart to show only the relevant sections briefly and effectively.
