Explain the manner in which a prototype differs from the final product and the reason to discard a prototype. Also, explain the role the end user play in prototyping

Explanation of Solution
Prototype:
A technique which offers the user a test version of the system is known as prototype. Prototype can be quickly developed and are inexpensive.
Prototype is not an end product. It is just a trial version which aims at receiving feedback from the users on the basis of its performance.
The prototype version is modified on the basis of feedback received from the user. After all the modifications, the prototype is discarded in order to release the main software system.
The end users need to provide feedback so that the developer can modify it according to their requirements.
