Organizing: It determines organizational as well as individual jobs and specify tasks, set policies and coordinate with work activities.
Leading: It directs and motivate the people in the organization to achieve specific organizational objectives.
Controlling: It monitors the performances and making the adjustments if needed.
Importance of management to organizational success:
Generally mangers are very crucial for the success of the organization. Managers plays an important role in controlling and monitoring the employees, allocation of work force, they set the short term for the company.
