Interpretation: Write the equation for the expected decays:-

(a) Write the equation for the three nuclear reactions

(b) Inhalation of ${}^{239}\text{Pu}$ which decays by emitting an alpha particle can cause cancer of lungs. Explain why inhalation of ${}^{239}\text{Pu}$ can be more harmful than getting an equal quantity of that isotope on skin.
