Interpretation Introduction
Interpretation: Types of battery and it uses.
Conceptual Introduction: There are two types of battery:
a) Primary battery: Once discharge then cannot be reused again. Example: alkanline battery, mercury battery, silver oxide battery and zinc oxide battery.
b) Secondary Battery: Can be charged again and again. These batteries are reusable.Example: lead acid battery, lithium battery.
Solutions: The batteries are used according to the requirement of the individual.If high amount of current is required we us lithium or silver oxide batteries. But silver oxide battery are expensive this made it uses little lesser. Alkaline battery are used in remote, toys, MP3 as these have long life span, works even at low temperature.
