Introduction:
DNA is a genetic molecule that transfers and stores the information at the molecular level in the cells. Protein is made up of amino acid subunits, only if the bases of DNA and mRNA code for amino acids. This code is termed as the genetic code. The genetic code is a three-base sequence found within mRNA molecule called codon. Amino acids are specifically represented by each codon. With the use of the genetic codes, genetic information can be translated into proteins by living cells.
