Summary Introduction

Case summary:Person JL signed an employment agreement with hospital BH. The staff started complaining about the strange behavior of person JL when he joined the hospital. JL was checked by a team of doctors. The doctors submitted the report that JL was unfit for the medical practice. The hospital stopped all staff privileges to JL on the basis of the reports submitted by the group of doctors. Hospital BH sued JL for breaching his employment contract.
