Within the bankruptcy code insolvent means not able to pay their due obligations.

Explanation of Solution

If an organization not able to pay their due obligations then it is termed as insolvent in the bankruptcy code. Two types of insolvencies are as balance sheet insolvency or cash flow insolvency. When individual or organizations assets not sufficient enough to cover its liability then it is known as balance sheet insolvency and when individual or organizations liquid assets not sufficient enough to pay its obligation then it is cash flow insolvency.
