Introduction:
An action potential is a more considerable change formed by voltage-gated ion channels in the membrane. Any change in the resting membrane potential of a nerve cell produced by a stimulus opening ligand regulated Na+ gate in the plasma membrane of the neuron. The all-or-none is followed by action potential.
