Introduction:

Reinforcement helps in removing the issues in relation to the needs of the people. The thinking processes involved in motivation is also evaded with the help of reinforcement. The theory of reinforcement explains that behavior with positive consequences will be repeated and the behavior with negative consequences will not be repeated. Hence, the theory helps in changing the human behavior called as behavior modification.
