Organizing data in a spreadsheet: In a spreadsheet information is organized in rows (data is stored horizontally) and columns (data is stored vertically). Each cell in a worksheet has specific name in the form of alphabets and numbers. The column names start from A, B, C, and so on. The row names start from 1, 2, 3, and so on.
