- Statement of cash flows: This statement reports all the cash transactions which are responsible for inflow and outflow of cash, and result of these transactions is reported as ending balance of cash at the end of reported period. It reports the activity at a particular point of time. It reports the
cash inflows andcash outflows under three board categories operating, investing and financing activities. - Income statement: The financial statement which reports revenues and expenses from business operations and the result of those operations as net income or net loss for a particular time period is referred to as income statement.
- Balance Sheet: The balance sheet exhibits the balance of assets, liabilities and
stockholders’ equity of a company that reveals the financial status (usually the total changes occurred in assets, liabilities and stockholders’ equity throughout the year) on a particular date, usually at the end of the period.
