The mechanism by which the diverging and the converging circuits differ from each other.
Introduction:
The neuronal pools are the clusters of axons, dendrites, and neuroglia cells, whose cell bodies lie in different regions of the central nervous system (CNS). The neural circuits are formed as a result of the connections or the synapses between the neuronal pools. The neuronal pool receives inputs from the other neuronal pools, as a result of which an output is produced. The output then travels toward the other neuronal pools, thereby producing a specific type of response. The type of connection between the neuronal circuits determines their function. Generally, there are two types of neural circuits, namely the diverging and converging circuits.
