Customer relationship management:
Customer relationship management is a methodology that manages an organization’s communication with their customers. This method uses client’s history with the company to improve business relationships. Modern customer relationship management constructs enduring customer relationships that generate value for company and customers.
Types of CRM:
- On-premise CRM: It is a traditional method means that, the organization acquired the systems from vendor and installed them on their site. It is expensive, inflexible and time consuming.
- On-demand CRM: It is hosted by an outdoor seller in the seller’s data center. It is not so expensive.
- Open source CRM: It provides similar features of other CRM and its source code is accessible for both developers and users.
