The term “stress” is used to define the emotional, physical, cognitive, and behavioral responses originated due to challenging or threatening events. There are three types of external events that can cause stress in an individual: “catastrophes”, “major life changes” and “hassles”.
Stress or annoyance that people experience in their daily life is called hassles. The daily annoyances such as little frustrations, irritations, delays, similar small aggravations and minor disagreements lead to cause hassles.
