Concept introduction: Lymphatic system in the human body consists of a network of vessels, tissue, and ducts that carry a clear fluid (lymph) to all parts of the body. This helps to filter and clean the lymph that contains any abnormal cell, pathogen, or any debris. The lymph is a clear fluid that circulates throughout the body. It is carried out by the tube-shaped vessels called as lymphatic vessels. The lymph moves from the interstitial spaces to subclavian veins at the base of the neck.
