Disaster recovery:

The disasters, such as fire, floor, terrorist attack, and earthquake may disturb the business; therefore the disaster recovery plan and business continuity plan relocates the organization in another location called backup site.

• The disaster recovery sites are dedicated to serve in disaster emergency time as a backup facility.
• Some backup centers are dedicated to functioning during emergencies and serve only as backup facilities.
  • It uses their own electrical generators and telecommunications grids.
