George kelly paid emphasis on understanding human behavior by the way they anticipate consequences their actions and their alternative construals to sole the problem of life. Alike scientist , who create hypothesis and test it by collecting data same humans construct personal theory and on basis of experiences that personal construct is accepted or rejected. The “bad scientist” will be that who is not able to change or reject the construct, even knowing the consequences, just because of unwillingness to participate actively.
