Psychology is the study of human behaviors and mental activities. The person who predicts the behavior of human beings and can able to understand their mental activities is termed as a psychologist. The psychologist is also called as the social and behavioral scientist. They evaluate, diagnose and provide treatments for the individuals with psychological problems.

Explanation of Solution
The science of general psychology is not so simple. It is something beyond the intuitions and common sense. The study and the research of the human brain, mind as well as their behaviors are defined as the psychological science. In psychology, the “mind” refers to mental activity and the “behavior” refers to the totality of human actions that can be observed.
