After becoming eighteen, person B used the pass for snowboarding in Mt. B’s man made lifts 119 times. One day, he fell and sustained serious injuries resulting in paralysis. Person B sued Mt. B for negligence. Mt. B counter sued person B arguing that he has signed the release agreement understanding the risks of the sports.
