Payroll Process: The process of payroll includes the computation and payment of earnings of the employees and the payroll taxes to be paid to state and federal authorities as per applicable laws.
Payroll Tax Expense: The tax paid on the total earnings of employee is called payroll tax expense. Employer needs to calculate the payroll tax expense on the basis of gross earnings of the employee and deposit the total amount to respective authorities.
To prepare: The comparative analysis of the two options of permanent employees and part times employees as per B Company’s proposal.
