Program plan:

1. x,maccountnum,taccountnum,currentBalance,dollarAmount ,name are the variables used for input. *ofPtr,*tfPtr,*nfPtrare FILE pointers which store the reference of files.

Program description:

The main purpose of the program is processing the transaction data with the master file which are already exists and reference given in the question. It reads the data from the transaction file and match with the master file. If match is found then update the master file balance otherwise display the error message
