Carvone is a chemical compound which is also known as terpenoids. Carvone usually occurred in the essential fatty acids. Carvones are the weak basic nature compounds and is slightly soluble in water. It is present in two enantiomeric forms, R (rectus) and S (sinister). Carvones are abundant in spearmint and caraway plants.
