Concept Introduction:

Chromatography is the best method of separation of components from the mixture as it gives most accurate results compare to other methods. In this method the mixture must be dissolved in certain fluid that is called as mobile phase. This mobile phase carries different components of mixture on the structure holding another material. This material is known as stationary phase. There are various types of chromatography methods such as column chromatography, thin layer chromatography, gas chromatography etc.
